Throughout the year, PolarCap and Comic Fade have been working together to share resources, ideas, and talent. Starting today, July 16th, 2018, this partnership is getting more official.
For those of you who don't know, Comic Fade is an entertainment appreciation platform that generates editorials, news coverage, videos, and podcasts on the industry. The brand is lead by Derek Delson and Jacob Crawley (Good Pilots), who I have enjoyed working with tremendously and am excited to welcome to the PolarCap team.
You may have noticed some changes to the PolarCap website. We used to do a lot of things, including writing articles on the entertainment industry, that we will be pivoting away from in order to focus on making the best podcasts we possibly can. To pick up the slack, we recently launched the brand new comicfade.com in partnership with Comic Fade (obviously). Many of our writers will continue their work on this new platform alongside a talented team of other writers, supported by the capable and talented editorial and managerial staff working with the outlet.
The Fade Thoughts podcast will naturally join the PolarCap Network for production and distribution. You can continue to expect great content and interesting interviews from the show in the coming weeks and months. We just released the latest episode featuring a conversation with Eric and Jacob from the Pretty Much It YouTube channel (good get, team).
You can subscribe to the Fade Thoughts podcast on Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen to podcasts. You can subscribe to Comic Fade on YouTube, follow them on Twitter and Instagram, and like them on Facebook. On behalf of everyone at PolarCap I am so happy to be working with Comic Fade and cannot wait to see what the future holds for this new partnership.
